- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can undiluted chicken gumbo soup
- 1/2 C. minced onion
- 2 Tbs. ketchup
- 2 Tbs. mustard
Brown the ground beef, and add the can of soup. Mix all ingredients & simmer for about 5 minutes on low. Spoon onto hamburger buns [don't overload] & serve w/ potato chips. It sure goes a long way. Double the batch so you can have an extra meal & freeze. I know it sounds strange but try it you'll like it! The new recipe that Campbell's has now is called Sloppy Joes but they are not as tasty.
