Hamburger, Green Bean and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
- 3 14.5-oz. cans drained, cut up, green beans
- 2 10.5-oz. cans cream of mushroom soup (undilluted)
- 1 6.5-oz. can drained, mushroom pieces and stems
- instant potatoes, prepared for 6
- 1 16-oz. bag shredded Colby Jack cheese
- non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Place cooked, drained meat in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan which has been coated with a non-stick spray. Put green beans on top of meat, spread mushroom soup, and mushrooms next. Gently spread prepared instant potatoes next and then top with the shredded Colby Jack cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
