Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 qt. beef stock
- 1 C. sliced carrots
- 1/2 sm. head cabbage
- 1 C. sliced scallions
- 1 C. corn
- Optional:
- potatoes
- celery
- squash
Directions
In a large pot, cook hamburger over low to medium heat; DO NOT BROWN. Add beef stock, then add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done.
