I have four small boys who love this recipe. This is real easy to make on those very busy evenings when you don't have a lot of time to be in the kitchen.

  • I not only added garlic, I also added some worcestershire sauce for a little more tang! Very good!

  • I made this for the first time for my family and due to size I had to double everything. I also used one can of Cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of Mushroom soup. I also added two small cand of mushroom bits and pieces and for people like my family who like the taste of garlic, I added 3 tbsp of minced garlic that I added in just about when the meat was done. It was a big hit.

  • Instead of using hamburger, you probly could use ground turkey or ground chicken and make a much healthier version of this. Hope this helps someone. I have always used hamburger in the past but now that my husband has been diagnosed with diabetes I have been trying to cut back on the red meats. God Bless!
