Hamburget Jerky
Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger, lean
- 12 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. MSG
- 1 1/2 tsp. Morton's Tender Quick
- 12 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
- 12 tsp. water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Add hamburger, mix well. Add water and liquid smoke, mixing well. Use a jerky gun to make the sticks and place in dehydrator until dried.
Note: If you like spicy jerky, add a little more cayenne pepper
