Ingredients
- 3 medium new potatoes, unpeeled, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 C. green cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 C. Italian dressing
- 1 1-lb. ring kielbasa sausage
- 1 15-oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
Directions
In a large slow cooker, place potatoes, onions, carrots and cabbage. Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and place on top of vegetables. Drizzle the stewed tomatoes in even layers over the top of the vegetables. Cover and cook on the low setting for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
