This is a family favorite casserole. It can be placed in a crockpot or fixed in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 1 large bag hash brown potatos, shredded
  • 2 pkg. Kraft cheddar cheese
  • Dried red peppers
  • Green peppers, chopped (optional)
  • Mushrooms (optional)

Directions

Brown sausage in skillet. In a large crockpot, layer ingredients. Cook on low and check for donenessafter 3 hours.
