  • 2 pounds of frozen hash browns
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 1 can of condensed cream of chicken
  • 8 oz. of sour cream
  • Eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray pan (any pan is OK). Stir hash browns, salt, butter, cream of chicken, and sour cream in a large bowl. Then, you will pour mixture into pan and cook for 40-45 minutes. While your casserole is baking, cook as many eggs as needed, sunny side up. Finally, you will take casserole out and scoop into bowls, topping it off with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, pepper, and your egg!
