  • 3 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 leaves Butter Lettuce
  • 2 burger buns, toasted
  • BBQ sauce

Season salmon with cajun spices on both sides.

Brush pineapple lightly with olive oil.

Grill salmon in saucepan with oil for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is pink and juicy. Grill pineapple alongside salmon and remove from the pan at the same time.

Place lettuce, grilled pineapple, and salmon together in bun. Top with BBQ sauce and serve.
