Hawaiian Chicken

Add the sweet taste of pineapple and mandarin oranges to your chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (2 to 3 lbs)
  • 1 can (16-oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 C. cornstarch
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground (or finely chopped) ginger

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
