Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (2 to 3 lbs)
- 1 can (16-oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 C. cornstarch
- 1/4 C. brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground (or finely chopped) ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
