Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen breaded chicken tenders
- 1 (10-oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 (16 oz.) package frozen oriental vegetables
Directions
Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions. Place tenders in large skillet. Add sweet and sour sauce, pineapple, and vegetables. heat, cover, and simmer 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
