Hawaiian Pork Chops
- 1 can sliced pineapples
- 6-8 porks chops
- seasoning salt and pepper
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean pork chops, place on a seasoning table or plate. Flour both sides of pork chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops with seasoning salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish with 1 cup of water or enough water that chops are not completely covered. Bake for 40-50 minutes, turning chops halfway through. Drain 1/2 of the water, but make sure bottom of pan has water throughout. Add pineapples, pour barbeque sauce over pineapples bake for an addtionals 15-20 minutes and serve.
