Fudge takes us back to grandma's kitchen. This dairy and gluten free recipe will have everyone asking for more of these scrumptious hazelnut fudge squares!

32 squares


  • 3½ C. chocolate chips
  • 1 C. coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. hazelnut extract
  • 1 C. toasted and chopped hazelnuts

Roast hazelnuts on large cookie sheet in the oven set at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir them around so they toast evenly

In medium saucepan, melt chocolate, hazelnut extract, and coconut milk over low heat

Stir in hazelnuts

Transfer mix to a 8 X 8 in. pan lined with parchment

Refrigerate four to six hours

Cut into squares and drizzle with honey
