  • 3½ C. chocolate chips
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. hazelnut extract
  • 1 C. toasted and chopped hazelnuts

Roast hazelnuts on large cookie sheet in the oven set at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir them around so they toast evenly. In medium saucepan, melt chocolate, hazelnut extract, and coconut milk over low heat. Stir in hazelnuts. Transfer mix to a 8 X 8 in. pan lined with parchment. Refrigerate four to six hours and then cut into bars.
