  • 4 fresh falafel
  • 1 pita bread
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • ½ C. Tzatziki yogurt
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1 C. lettuce, chopped

Heat the pita on top of the stove or slightly toasting it in the oven. Cut the pita in half and split the lettuce, tomato, onion, and falafel in each side. Use the yogurt as a dipping sauce.
