  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1/4 C. crunchy almond butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 C. raisins
  • 1/4 C. dried apricots, diced
  • 1/4 C. puffed cereal
  • 1 1/2 C. rolled oats
  • 2 Tbs. dark chocolate chips

Heat the almond butter and honey together until well combined. Mix in the vanilla and cinnamon. The mixture should be dark and smooth. Stir in the oats, cereal, chocolate chips, dried apricots, and raisins.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease the paper lightly. Pour the mixture into the dish and press out to flatten. Allow the ingredients to cool and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut them into bars and serve.
