  • 1 C. low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 C. granola, any flavor
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 Tbs. honey (or agave nectar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted coconut

Layer granola, then sliced banana, yogurt, and honey. Repeat. Recipe can be multiplied. If you have no granola on hand, just run a breakfast bar through the food processor or chop finely.
