  • 7 Tbs. butter, softened
  • 1/4 C. Erythritol natural sweetener
  • 1 tbs. Erythritol natural sweetner
  • 1/8 tsp. Stevia
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt

  1. Pulse the erythritol until it resembles sugar.

  2. Mix the erythritol and stevia with butter.

  3. Once incorporated, use an electric mixer to fluff.

  4. Add the coconut milk, vanilla & sea salt, and mix again.
