  • 4 chicken breasts with no skin
  • 1 medium sized head broccoli
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Coarse ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 lemons sliced

In a large Dutch Oven combine chicken with enough water to cover meat.  Bring to boil, turn heat down to medium and cook about 15-20 minutes.  Cover meat and cook 10 more minutes. Wash and cut all the vegetables.  Lay the vegetables on and around the chicken. Cook on low heat for about 6 hours. When finished cut chicken into slices, and serve with vegetables mixed together with thickened broth. Serve up and enjoy.
