  • 2 cooked chicken breasts strips
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • ½ C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Olive oil for the kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste
