Healthy Christmas Chicken Casserole

- 16 oz penne pasta, cooked & drained
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 cups cooked chicken sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the pasta, chicken, tomatoes, and broccoli together.
In a small bowl, mix the milk, cream, 2 tbsp of the melted butter, and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Pour mixture over pasta in large bowl and mix all ingredients, thoroughly together. Transfer to a 2.5 quart casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes just until the topping is golden brown.
