Healthy Creme Fraiche
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Tbs. 1% cultured buttermilk
- 2 C. plain low-fat yogurt
In a heavy saucepan, combine buttermilk and yogurt. Heat until just lukewarm (do not overheat). Remove from heat, cover and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Refrigerate until needed.
