  • 1 lb. skinless halibut
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 C. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 small jalapeƱo pepper, stemmed and chopped
  • Tortillas

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Marinate halibut based on your own preferences. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. When halibut is done, chop in small pieces. Combine all ingredients and serve on tortillas.
