Family and friends will be more than impressed with this nutritious and delicious green bean and rice casserole. This easy dish is also made with zucchini, red bell peppers, and cream of celery soup. Feel free to add frozen peas as well.

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can green beans, drained
  • 2 C. pre-cooked white rice
  • 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 2-4 T. chopped fresh red bell peppers
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Take out a two-quart casserole dish and mix together all of the ingredients. Once thoroughly combined, bake the ingredients covered for 30 minutes. Serve.
