This healthy juice smoothie will give you energy all morning, since it's loaded with vegetables and fruit. It's the perfect on the go meal if you make it ahead of time. If you want a thicker smoothie, blend the ice cubes into juice with the almonds and avocado.

  • 1 big broccoli stalk
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4-6 apples
  • 1/4-1/2 lemon
  • 1 avocado
  • 15 almonds
  • ice cubes

Put the broccoli, zucchini, cucumber, and 1/4 lemon in the juicer. Add 4 apples, taste, and add more if desired. It should be a bit sour to get the right flavor balance. Add the juice to a blender with the avocado and almonds. Blend until all the almonds are smooth. Pour the juice into glasses and serve with ice cubes.
