  • 1/4 C. low-fat whipped cream cheese
  • 1 T. yellow onion, finely chopped
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 lb. sliced ham
  • 2 large spinach leaves, shredded
  • 2 large slices of tomato, thinly sliced

Take out a small bowl and mix together the cream cheese and onions. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Add one T. of this mixture onto each tortilla. Divide the ham between the two tortillas and place them on top of the spread out onion mixture. Spread the remaining onion mixture on top of the ham slices. Add one tomato to each tortilla and then divide the spinach between the two. Roll the tortillas to create the sandwich wraps, slice the wraps in half diagonally, and then serve.
