This is a good way to sneak fiber into your family's diet, and it also makes a great "eat on the go "breakfast. So yummy that no one will suspect it's packed with fiber!

  • 1 2/3 C. peanut butter baking chips
  • 1 Tbs. shortening
  • 2 C. Fiber One noodle type cereal
  • 1/3 C. chopped honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/3 C. dried cranberries

Lay out waxed paper on work surface. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt baking chips with shortening. Stir in remaining ingredients. Working quickly, drop by tablespoonsful onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Can be prepared the night before.
