Healthy Haystack Breakfast Cookies

- 1 2/3 C. peanut butter baking chips
- 1 Tbs. shortening
- 2 C. Fiber One noodle type cereal
- 1/3 C. chopped honey roasted peanuts
- 1/3 C. dried cranberries
Lay out waxed paper on work surface. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt baking chips with shortening. Stir in remaining ingredients. Working quickly, drop by tablespoonsful onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Can be prepared the night before.
