This is a very tasty and healthy fruit and veggie salad.

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small flowerets
  • 1/2 red onion, diced or sliced in 1/2 rings
  • celery to taste, diced into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp, drained, crumbled into pieces
  • 1 C. black or yellow raisins
  • 1/2 C. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • apple, cut into small pieces
  • seedless grapes, halved
  • cauliflower, cut into small flowerets
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 C. real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar

Mix with whisk all ingredients together. Mix in separate bowl all ingredients for dressing. Add and mix together before serving. Serve cold.
