Healthy Heart Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small flowerets
- 1/2 red onion, diced or sliced in 1/2 rings
- celery to taste, diced into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp, drained, crumbled into pieces
- 1 C. black or yellow raisins
- 1/2 C. unsalted sunflower seeds
- apple, cut into small pieces
- seedless grapes, halved
- cauliflower, cut into small flowerets
- Dressing
- 1/2 C. real mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
Directions
Mix with whisk all ingredients together. Mix in separate bowl all ingredients for dressing. Add and mix together before serving. Serve cold.
Serve with: Pork Chops and Potatoes
