Healthy Hearty One Skillet Breakfast

- 2 eggs
- 1 package frozen breakfast potatoes
- 2 leaks, turkey breakfast sausage
In a large skillet, begin to heat olive oil. Cook the frozen potatoes according to package directions on one half of the skillet. On the other half, begin to cook the breakfast sausage, turning half way through to brown each side. Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and add your eggs, frying them, or cooking them to your liking.
