  • ½ C. blueberries
  • ½ C. blackberries
  • ½ C. strawberries
  • ½ C. raspberries
  • ½ C. vanilla yogurt
  • Whipped cream
  • Berries for garnish

Directions

Rinse and freeze your berries (you can also buy them frozen) for 3 hours. Toss the fruit into a blender with the yogurt. Blend on high for about 3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and thick. Top with the whipped cream and fresh berries.
