  • ½ cup of softened butter
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • ½ cup regular chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon salt

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and cover your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Next pull out the mixer and cream together the peanut butter, brown and white sugar, and butter until the mixture is fluffy in the bowl. In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, baking soda, salt, and flour. Next, add the creamed mixture gradually to the medium sized bowl and beat the combination until the mixtures are well combined. Then stir in both sizes of chocolate chips. Finally, place spoonfulls of dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow the cookies to sit for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire cooling rack.
