Ingredients

  • 5 C. spelt flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 Tbs. molasses
  • 1/2 C. oil ( Coconut or rapeseed oil)
  • 2 C. pumpkin (cooked)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbs. shelled hemp seeds (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Mix together first the wet ingredients, then the dry.
3.Use a tbs spoon, and spoon the mixture out on the baking sheet.
4. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
