Healthy Shrimp Pasta
Serving Size / Yield
- Whole wheat spaghetti pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Bag of Large Shrimp
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 5 tablespoons frozen lima beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 chopped Yellow Pepper
Cook pasta and drain.
In a skillet, add olive oil, garlic, carrots, rosemary, and yellow pepper to the pan.
Saute for about 5-7 minutes.
Next, add in lima beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Place large shrimp on top.
