  • Whole wheat spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Bag of Large Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons frozen lima beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 chopped Yellow Pepper

Cook pasta and drain.
In a skillet, add olive oil, garlic, carrots, rosemary, and yellow pepper to the pan.
Saute for about 5-7 minutes.
Next, add in lima beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
Mix together.
Remove from heat. Place large shrimp on top.
