  • 1 pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 2 C. chopped broccoli
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes
  • ½ C. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • ½ C. grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil to garnish

Boil the tortellini according to packaging instruction. Cook the bacon in a large skillet, once cooked but not fully crispy remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to dry. Cook the chopped broccoli and tomatoes in the bacon fat. Add in parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Remove from the heat and add in cooked pasta, parmesan cheese and sliced bacon. Plate and garnish with fresh basil.
