  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 tsp. table blend spices

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and dice the tomatoes and pepper. In a greased, round casserole dish, whisk the egg whites and seasoning together. Add in the vegetables and mix well. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
