Heart Healthy Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 C. penne pasta
- sea salt (for boiling pasta)
- 2 C. frozen peas
- 6 oz. tuna in water
- 15 oz. rinsed black beans
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 10-oz. can mushroom soup
- 1 12-oz. container low fat 2% evaporated milk
- 3 sm. bags Snyder's Sunflower Chips
Directions
Prepare penne noodles in salted water. Mix penne and next 6 ingredients. Mix mushroom soup and evaporated milk and pour on top. Top all with Sunflower Chips.
Use a9x13-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
