I made this tuna casserole with Snyder's Sunflower Chips!

Ingredients

  • 2 C. penne pasta
  • sea salt (for boiling pasta)
  • 2 C. frozen peas
  • 6 oz. tuna in water
  • 15 oz. rinsed black beans
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C. dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 10-oz. can mushroom soup
  • 1 12-oz. container low fat 2% evaporated milk
  • 3 sm. bags Snyder's Sunflower Chips

Directions

Prepare penne noodles in salted water. Mix penne and next 6 ingredients. Mix mushroom soup and evaporated milk and pour on top. Top all with Sunflower Chips.

Use a9x13-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
