Heart-y Shrimp Alfredo
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 pkg. heart-shaped pasta
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
In a medium saucepan combine heavy whipping cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese over low heat. Cook for 15 minutes, until sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, pasta should be tender and al dente. Drain water and pour sauce into the same pot as the pasta, to coat pasta. Serve pasta topped with shrimp.
