  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas, heated
  • 3/4 lb. roast beef, cooked, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced
  • 4 small romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 thin red onion rings
  • 1 bottle spicy mayonnaise

Spread some of the mayonnaise across the bottom half of each tortilla. Remember to stop within one inch of the edges. Begin adding the ingredients by evenly dividing the roast beef, bacon, avocado, lettuce, and onion among the two tortillas. Once all of the ingredients are on the tortillas, roll them up to create the wraps. Slice in half diagonally and serve.
