  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, sliced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 - 2 C. low-sodium beef broth
  • 3 Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots, sliced

Put the beef into your crockpot. Use a small bowl to thoroughly combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the beef and stir until the meat is evenly coated. Stir in the garlic, paprika, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, onion, potatoes, and carrots. Cover the soup and cook on high for four hours. Serve.
