  • 1 1⁄4 lbs. sirloin tip roast, cubed
  • 2 russet potatoes, cubed
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, plus more for tasting
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, plus more for tasting
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 3 (14 oz.) cans beef broth

Take out a medium bowl and place flour, one teaspoon salt, and one teaspoon pepper inside of it. Mix the ingredients together and then add the beef cubes. Make sure the beef is evenly coated with the flour mixture. Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pot and make sure to reserve the extra flour. Cook the meat until all of it is completely browned. Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes to the pot and top with the remaining flour. Thoroughly stir all of the ingredients together and cook for around 4 minutes, which is when the vegetables should begin to soften. Add all of the beef broth and bring the stew to a boil. Boil until the vegetables are tender and then add the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and then serve.
