Hearty Beef Stew Over Brown Rice

- 2 C. long grain brown rice
- 2 C. chunky beef stew soup
- ¼ C. sour cream
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Simmer the rice, covered for about 40 minutes or until tender.
Cook soup in a medium saucepan. Then pour the soup over the rice and serve with sour cream on top.
