  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 6 C. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 C. heavy cream

Put the prepared potatoes and corn into a crockpot. Stir in the flour and toss gently to combine. Pour in the chicken stock and add the thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
