Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ham, sliced
  • 1 Large Onion, large diced
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 Medium Potato, cubed
  • 1 Small Cabbage, shredded
  • 4 Jalapenos
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot, except for jalapenos, tomato paste and water. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato paste and water, diluting paste slightly. Pour paste mixture over crock pot ingredients. Cover and cook on high heat setting for 5-6 hours. Garnish with jalapenos.
