This is my version of two of my favorite Italian soups in one: Italian Wedding soup and Minestrone. It is great garnished with thin slices of pepperoni and fresh grated parmesan cheese and served with garlic bread.

  • Don't have a review but a question. Can this soup be made in a crockpot? Add the meatballs and tortellini an hour before serving?

  • very good stuff here
now how would you like two diff soups without changing any ingredients ? it's the meatballs......
instead of frozen get a pound of burger and make the mini balls,
here is the unique thing, either bake or fry the balls before putting them in the soup or make them and put them in the soup raw and boil them in the soup ( this adds about 15-20 min to the soup but......
same soup but utilizing the meat balls in 2 diff ways gives it a whole new level
