  • 4 C, 1 Tbs flour
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 lbs cold, diced butter
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 C cold heavy cream
  • 3/4 C raisins.

Preheat Oven to 400ยบ

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl.

Add butter to dry mix and blend with electric mixer until the butter has been shredded into small fragments. Combine eggs and heavy cream, add to batter and mix until blended. Add raisins and flour to dough and mix quickly and thoroughly

Dump dough onto floured surface and flatten into 1-inch thick layer with rolling pin. Cut into squares and then cut squares diagonally to create wedges.

Place wedges on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook for 25 minutes or until outside is crispy golden brown. Remove and serve.
