  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 Scallion Stalks, green parts only, chopped
  • 12 oz. Cooked Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
