  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans, undrained
  • 2 large red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 C. tomato sauce
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) packet chili seasoning mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 C. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Take out your slow cooker and mix together the ground beef, beans, peppers, onion, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, and garlic. Cover and cook on low for six hours, which is how long it should take for the mixture to heat through. Stir in the macaroni and thoroughly combine. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Serve.
