For an even easier recipe, instead of baking it in the oven, microwave it in a fraction of the time. Spoon out a 2-serving portion into a small covered container and it only takes 5 minutes. Microwaving the whole casserole will take a bit longer, stirring at minute intervals.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) package noodles
  • 1 C. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1 C. chopped cooked ham
  • 3/4 C. diced cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine well with remaining ingredients. Turn into greased baking dish. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
