You would think that everyone would get tired of hot chocolate during the holiday season. Just wait until you try this hot chocolate cheesecake and everyone will be asking for more.

  • 1 1/2 C. chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. margarine, melted
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. hot chocolate mix
  • Chocolate frosting

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix crackers, sugar and margarine in a small bowl. Place mixture on bottom of 8-inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in milk, beaten eggs and hot chocolate mix. Fold in whipped cream. Place mixture on top of crumbs. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes. Spread chocolate frosting. Chill overnight.
