• 1 box penne pasta
• 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 pkg. Mexican shredded cheese
• 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
• 1 stick pepperoni, diced
• 1 sm. onion, diced
• 1 pt. heavy cream
• 2 Tbs. butter

Cook pasta as directed. Five minutes before pasta is done, saute onion and pepperoni in the butter. Add heavy cream and the cheeses. Stir with metal whisk until melted. Pour over drained pasta.
